Huang Jin,professor,was born in December 1958,received PhD International Law in Wuhan University.He was vice dean of law school,Assistant principal and director of the Institute of International Law in Wuhan University.since November 2003,he was Vice President of Wuhan University.in 2009,the Ministry of Education appointed him as president of China University of Political Science and Law.
Professor Huang Jin was the first doctorate in private international law in mainland of China since 1949, he was awarded the first "Ten Outstanding Youth Jurist" by the Society of China Law and other honorary titles.
