Xiao Yongping,professor and Changjiang Scholar,was born in 28th,February 1966,is the dean of law school in Wuhan University.He won the inaugural Social Sciences Outstanding Achievement Award,Huo Yingdong Fund Award for Young College Teachers,"The road of China Rule of Law" Youth Award for Excellent Legal Papers,the Inaugural Luojia Shan Award for Outstanding Youth and other awards.He has published about 12 books,such as “Research on Legislation of China Conflict of Laws”,“Chinese Arbitration Law"and “Monograph on Conflict of Laws”,more than 70 articles on “Chinese Social Science”,“American Journal of Comparative Law” and other international and domestic journals.
